We are a pet friendly community and allow the following pets: dogs and cats. There is a limit of 2 pets per household. There is a weight limit of 100lbs. Please inquire for information on any restrictions.
All pets, including service animals and ESAs, must be registered through PetScreening.com during the application process. Animal's records and documentation are required.
We have the following restricted pet breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Wolf Dog, Argentinian Mastiff, Boxer, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Pit Mix, Pyrenean Mastiff, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Tibetan Mastiff, Wolf Dog Mix.
All applicants are required to complete a pet screening form, regardless of whether they own a pet.
